Long Beach Navy League Council hosted a special luncheon with
guest speaker RADM Mike Shatynski. RADM Shatynski is one of the three
spokespersons for Navy Week Los Angeles. Thank you to all those that attended this event.

Mike Shatynski, vice commander, Naval Surface Forces 3rd Fleet, speaks with members of Navy League Los Angeles at the Reef Restaurant during Los Angeles Navy Week 2011, one of 21 Navy Weeks being held this year across the country. Navy Weeks are intended to showcase the investment Americans have made in their Navy and increase awareness in cities that do not have a significant Navy presence.
